My Amazon Wellness Must-Haves
It’s PRIME DAY, hip hip hooray!
I wanted to share some of my fitness, nutrition, and athletic wear MUST-HAVES with YOU!
I prefer working out in my bathroom because it is my sanctuary. It is my peaceful place where I can find a little quiet time away from the chaos that is my life as a work-from-home mom of three little chics that like to talk A LOT.
My girls have learned that exercise is a very sacred and necessary part of mama’s daily routine. They respect my need for time to focus. I am always sure to set the expectation and make sure their needs are met before I start a workout. I will let them know what kind of workout I am doing, how long it is going to take, and ask them to minimize their interruptions.
They will usually use that time to play on tablets or watch a show. Everyone is happy!
Tip: Create a convenient space for you to do your 5*10*15 daily strength workouts. Sometimes, I will grab my weights and bring them into the family room to do my quick workout while watching a show or movie with the family. You can do it! Plus, your family seeing you move will inspire them to want to do the same.
