How To Use:

Each day you will do one simple set of exercises, one round each. You can do these exercises with our without weights. It is recommended to start with body weight or lightweights; progress as desired. If you do not know how to perform a certain exercise; YouTube is your friend.

Remember; progress over perfection.

Most importantly; use this calendar as a way to honor your commitments to yourself for 30 days. Each day should only take 10-15 minutes.

Hack: Keep light weights and an exercise mat in your bathroom. If you can’t fit it in during the day; take 10 minutes and complete the workout before your brush your teeth and go to bed.
